Calcium orotate strengthens bones by increasing density. It helps in treating and preventing low calcium levels. Adenosylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. L Methylfolate helps produce new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate/Pyridoxine/Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Vitamin D helps maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and the mineralization of bone.

Adenosylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12, regulates body functions like cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It treats neuropathy (nerve damage) and pernicious anaemia (red blood cells are not produced due to Vitamin B12 deficiency). L-Methylfolate helps form red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that lead to cancer. It prevents folate deficiency and treats anaemia. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintains normal homocysteine levels (an amino acid in the blood). Tablet/capsule: Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it. Liquid: Measure the liquid form with a measuring cup and take it as the doctor advises.
